Choir Fee Information
Annual Fees for our Choirs
To qualify for the early registration discount of 5%, forms and fees must be received by July 25, 2023. Costs for extra field trips and the Camp Nakamun Retreat at NOT included in the annual fees. You will be informed of any trip costs once they have been finalized. Optional fundraising opportunities will be available to offset these costs.
If your chorister has referred someone who passes the audition and registers for the Choirs, you will receive a $25 Chorister Credit which can be used towards these additional costs.
JUNIOR CHOIR $450.00 for full choir season
(5% discount applied for early payment before July 25th 2023 = $427.50)
Included in the Junior annual fee is a Choir t-shirt, photo & 2 field trips
SECONDARY CHOIR $475.00 for full choir season
(5% discount applied for early payment before July 25th 2023 = $451.25)
Included in the Secondary annual fee is a Choir t-shirt, photo & community concert participation
PLEASE NOTE: There are approx. 30 rehearsal dates and 2 concerts over 10 months for the 2023-2024 season, which, when broken down, works out to be approximately $45 – $50 per month. This is a reasonable price to pay for a tremendous musical education with highly qualified directors, accompanists and professional special guests.
ONLY THE SECONDARY CHOIR REQUIRES A MUSIC DEPOSIT CHEQUE
Why do I need to provide a music deposit fee? The secondary choir is the only choir that takes music home. We pay a steep fee for all music, and any music we lose must be replaced. If you return all your music, the cheque will be destroyed. Failure to return all your music will result in your cheque being cashed.
THE AMOUNT IS $50.00 (To be paid by separate cheque made payable to EIRHCA and post-dated to June 1, 2024)

Fees received after the deadline date of September 30th will be charged a $25 late penalty fee.
